I am the dreamer, reliant on my fantastic, long suffering team, to implement my “out of the box” ideas with passion and dedication.
My main objective is to make our work relevant, fun and profitable for our clients, for my team and for all those who support us.

As responsible for the organization of Team Building activities, adding my background in Geography and Geographic Information Systems, I have as objective to make reality what is idealized by companies. And, I confess, it's something I love!

After working for many years in advertising, I am in a role where I can enjoy the 5 languages I speak (German, Portuguese, English, Spanish, French) and make use of my experience in dealing with international clients over many years.

NEW IDEAS, NEW FORMATS, NEW TECHNOLOGIES
Last year we celebrated 25 years of “helping you build a better team” but we didn’t rest…
After a lot of research, we chose a partner to help us move into gamification and digital team training games. In 25 years we have never had such a fast take up on new activities such as our Hotspot: treasure hunts around Portugal, H & S Training tool and onboarding games with multinationals and universities!
All this whilst reinforcing our experience in successfully delivering tailored team training activities with more traditional tools.

2009 TO 2012
Change and Adapt
The economic woes hit Portugal hard and we experienced a 180º change in our chosen market. It was time of entrenchment, where value became the by word. Fortunately, our international clients were on hand to balance out our local challenges.
Thus we were able to overcome the down turn by adapting, finding efficiencies and developing new formats for our team activities ensuring we always have something new and imaginative to offer our international clients.

TEAM TRAINING and FACIlitation
We upped our game to offer a more focused range of team training games where our facilitation of next steps offered added value to our activities and our clients.
Equally, our corporate games are even more focused on fun, creativity, motivation and social responsibility whilst never forgetting our aim to ensure that “teams do work”.

1992 TO 1999
Fun & innovation with Teams
We launched the first stand-alone team building company in Portugal with a range of new ideas and equipment to target company days and the emergent team building event market.
Such as, human table football, climbing walls, off road karts, Oscars nights, Build- a-Band and Lisbon Discoverers, all of which were new to the local market. Most of our clients were incoming meetings and incentives groups.

2000 TO 2008
Development of new team training activities
Our clients started to ask for games focused on the importance of understanding how teams work, so Project X, Around the World, Football Challenge, Build-a-Band, Catering Capers and The Bridge were added.
The success of these activities resulted in requests for activities that added more Team Training to the equation. Hence we partnered with like-minded companies in UK and Germany to exclusively represent them and launched: Roman Bar, Collaborative Games and The Platform.

CASA - Centro de apoio ao sem abrigo
An organisation that does as its name (CASA=Home) suggests… it is a help centre for the homeless.
Essentially, among many other level of assistance, they offer a hot meal to those in need 365 days a year with the help of volunteers and only volunteers.
At team dynamics we try to assist them as the beneficiaries of our CSR, corporate social responsibility team building activities. Also some of our International clients wish to help a local charity whilst running their corporate meeting in Portugal.
